Where: 40 minutes from Lancaster, PA and 1 hour from Philadelphia and Baltimore
Crossroads of Rt. 41 and Rt. 372. Go 1/4 mile West on Rt. 372 into Atglen

10 Mile and and 5K fee 10 Mile: Gently rolling with two hills
$12.00 if received by 10-08-08 5K: Out and Back - Flat and Fast
$15 Raceday Electronic time clock
1 Mile Fee $6.00
Entry fee is non-refundable
Prompt race results by Athlete's Closet Splits and water on course
T-Shirts to all pre-registered by 10-08-08
